Appointments and payments are handled by our booking provider, GlossGenius. Information you enter there is covered by their privacy policy and security practices. We never store full card numbers.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio (booking, email, analytics) or where the law requires it.

We keep client records for as long as we need them for your care and for legal and accounting requirements.
