Terms & policies.

Appointments are booked online through our scheduling system. A card on file or deposit may be required to reserve certain services.

Deposits are applied to the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment so the time can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a fee.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so the day stays on time for everyone.

All services are performed by a licensed esthetician. Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, hair growth cycle, and aftercare.

Services are cosmetic and are not medical treatments. Please tell us about medications, allergies, or skin conditions before your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. Services already performed are non-refundable; if you are unhappy with a result, contact us within 72 hours and we will make it right where we can.

To keep the studio calm and private, please come to your appointment on your own where possible.
