Body Sugaring
Legs, arms, underarms, back — smooth everywhere, gently.
What is body sugaring?
Body sugaring removes hair using a warm paste made from three kitchen ingredients — cane sugar, lemon juice, and water. The paste is applied against the direction of hair growth and flicked away with the grain, which lifts the hair from the follicle rather than snapping it at the surface. Nothing sticks to living skin, so there's no burning, no stripping, and far less redness afterwards. It works on every body area, and because the paste is water-soluble, clean-up is just warm water.
Full-body sugaring in Greenville, SC — legs, arms, underarms, stomach, and back — using nothing but cane sugar, lemon, and water. Because the paste grips hair instead of live skin, it's the kinder option for anyone whose skin reacts badly to wax, and it exfoliates while it works.
Sugaring vs. shaving for body hair
Shaving buys you two days. Sugaring buys you three to five weeks — and changes how hair grows back.
| Sugaring | Shaving | |
|---|---|---|
| Lasts | 3–5 weeks | 1–3 days |
| Regrowth | Finer, sparser over time | Blunt and coarse |
| Ingrowns | Reduces with consistency | Common, especially bikini and legs |
| Skin texture | Exfoliated and smooth | Razor bumps and irritation |
| Cuts and nicks | None | Frequent |

Questions, answered.
What areas can be sugared?+
Full and half legs, arms, underarms, stomach, lower back, chest, and the face. Sugaring is safe on every body area, including intimate ones.
How much does body sugaring cost in Greenville?+
Individual areas start around $25 for underarms, with full legs and bundled areas priced higher. Bundles bring the per-area cost down when you book several together.
Does sugaring hurt less than waxing?+
Most clients say yes. The paste is body temperature and pulls with the direction of growth, so it doesn't tug at the skin the way hot wax does.
How long does body sugaring last?+
Three to five weeks for most clients. With a consistent four-week schedule, hair returns finer and sparser.
Can sugaring be done on sensitive or eczema-prone skin?+
Usually yes — sugaring is often the recommended option for reactive skin because there's no heat and nothing adheres to live skin. Mention any flare-ups when you book.
How soon can I shave between appointments?+
Try not to. Shaving resets the growth cycle and undoes the fine, sparse regrowth that consistent sugaring builds.
